Super clean rest stop plenty of room To stretch out and relax . Vending machines have a good variety of things to choose from.

The facilities were every clean! The vending machines offered hot drinks, cold ice cream treats, and the standard vending machine fare.

Enjoyed our chance to stretch a bit. Decent playground for rest area, seem to be a lot of longer spots for trucks and trailers, fair amount of picnic pavilions for people, vending machines that were actually in operation inside and clean restrooms.

Decent rest area, parking can sometimes be a pain as spots need to be longer. It has lots if pic nic tables and a playground for the kids. Inside there are clean washrooms although small only 2 toilets for the mens. Vending machines are well stocked and building is usually well maintained. Overall pretty good place to make a pitstop.

Rest stops can be closed for any number of reasons. If there are no signs, you might check local town/state sites for potential details as it may be under construction. You may even be able to call a number for IL recreation for more information.
Oh I agree 100% I'm hoping they decide to fix them and maybe put a security system there where they can see who is tearing it up and make them fix it back up.
