Restrooms fairly clean but a little rundown. Two out of three hand dryers were broken. The buildings appear to be well-lit, good handicapped parking & access. Nov 2021, posted masks required in building but no one but me wearing one. There is a covered picnic area with a few picnic tables & a separate building with a soda & snacks (no coffee). The dog walk is the median strip between the highway & rest area. Serves its purpose for a quick break & to stretch a bit.
