l had to go on Saturday because my eye was full of floaters. Got in quickly. The staff is kind and friendly. They recommended I see my retinologist ASAP. They calmed me down because I was frightened about sight loss.

I have been a patient at Fontaine for years with monthly visits to the lab for INR bloodwork. Never had an unpleasant experience until today. I have always found the lab staff to be courteous, helpful and professional but unfortunately I met a very unpleasant staff member today. I walked out in frustration without getting my blood draw due to a person with a very unpleasant attitude. The exception, not the rule. Everyone else I have met at the lab has been terrific. Disappointing as this was an important visit requested by my primary care physician.

Not that I know of. The B-bus can take you to Hyannis from there take P&B bus to south station
Better to try donating in Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis. They have blood drives now and then, but don't run a blood bank.
