The place is cute. The Owner is very friendly, and it was nice to see her let her staff go home early when it’s quiet. I had an appointment, and it was not busy but unfortunately I received a very rushed pedicure. It only lasted 20 minutes, so my foot was hardly scrubbed, toenails were cut uneven, and I had spots where polish was missed. I had to pay for a pricey pedicure but didn’t get my moneys worth. I won’t come back for a while, but not willing to give up after one bad experience

i’ve come here twice and both experiences were terrible. the first time was a year ago when i got gel nails and one of them came off just the next day. i went back for them to replace it, and they didn’t want to do just one nail. the second time i went was today and i went in for another gel manicure (my mistake) and it took me an hour to get seated. when i finally did, the color i picked wouldn’t dry so the worker tried her best to fix it but the nail ended up being super super thick and i was very upset with how they turned out. it took them over an hour for them to finish. plus, i was in there for over three hours because they took so long to do my friends nails. they also don’t tell you how much they charge, overall i definitely wouldn’t recommend.

This was the worst mani/pedi that I have ever had - worse than even ones I do on myself. I called ahead and asked if they could take two of us. I let my stepdaughter go first and had to wait a while. No big deal. My stepdaughter was getting a fantastic massage. The girl spent a lot of time on her. The only flaw was that she hurt her when clipping. Ten minutes after my stepdaughter was started, my woman rushes over, apologizes for keeping me waiting, then she rushes through - barely scrubs or massages me, got me out of the chair and on to my manicure while my stepdaughter was still getting her pedicure. During my manicure, she said that she was only putting on one coat of polish - said it would last longer. I didn't have my glasses on and didn't see what a hack job she did. I gave her a $15 bloodily tip for a $60 job - my usual. When I got out in the daylight with my glasses on - she had not full removed my old polish. There is a ridge of the old polish. On some toes, the polish doesn't go all the way to the sides. It has already worn off the tips on some of my toes. I was in the drying area and my stepdaughter, who started before me, was still getting her proper manicure. Avoid the older woman who is from Boston, but comes to work for the summer. She is greedy - does a rush job so she can move on to the next and get more money. Photos are from a little over a week later. They don't lie.
