The team at Shabbona are fantastic. So friendly and accommodating. We had a suspension problem on our 5th wheel trailer that had to be repaired before we could continue on our trip. This happened on a Saturday. Even though their service department was closed one of their techs came out on his own time to see if he would be able to get us going. Unfortunately it needed much more work then originally thought. They allowed us to park on their property for the weekend with electrical hookup. They made room in their schedule to get us repaired and back on the road by Monday afternoon.

Tom runs a very nice operation. He is very approachable and straight-up about everything. All his staff are friendly, courteous, and they make sure things are right. If something is not right they address it right away.

First of all the owner is dishonest only cares about making a sell and once he dose he has put the shaft to you he will get mad when told about it he becomes rude and starts to yell and then acts like a two year old after you buy from some were else and wont fill propain tanks or sell any thing else please ask around before ever buying from this person you will be money ahead and much happier buying some where else even if you have to go faraway to buy

Shabbona creek has great customer service. We bought a used class A and within the 1st month the slide wouldn't come in. They came to our home with a motor to fix it. When we have questions Preston is always very helpful. We had a tow bracket and brake buddy installed, Frank is very helpful in the service dept. Everyone is great to work with
