My husband and I went shopping for our first travel trailer purchase. Salesman was nice. We bought our starter camper. We had to pick it up a week later and they said they would teach us everything about the camper. Well my husband went to pick it up and they knew we were first time buyers and knew nothin. Well the people that go over how everything works didnt show up so the salesman did a very brief how to and sent him on his way. Was missing a license plate holder, so they ordered one. Well months later they finally said they got it went to pick it up and they couldnt find it. Just was not the experience I was expecting 😒 My next purchase will not be there

Customer Service was horrendous and laughable at best. I set up a time to view a pop up camper and we drove 2 hours to the dealership. When we entered the dealership a warm welcome was not what we received. They had just sold the camper, which I was not even upset about because I had chosen not to put a "small amount" down to hold it. What really appalled me was that the Salesman would not make eye contact with me or speak directly to me. I don't know if he though I would be upset but I really could have cared less, I just wanted them to help us find a camper that was right for us. Instead he shoved us off to another salesman who was only interested in getting out of there. I think his shift was over. He basically showed us the camper that they had just sold and then one in which he stated, "I don't know anything about this one and its really rough". No one took down our info or enlisted on what we were looking for. We left and ended up purchasing a camper elsewhere. Then two weeks later I get an obvious pre-slated standard email, asking us to make an appointment to view the camper. Are you kidding me? What a joke! I'm sure we will want to upgrade our camper in the future, and we will not consider Coleman's RV at all. Take Sales / Customer Service 101 Team! Service received was truly entertaining.

Since this post my concerns have been addressed and cleared up. Very satisfied with the personal service I received and my new camper is awesome. Thank you Colemans.

No, but if you hve a question about colemans rv, i wouldnt suggest a salem! My son bought one, they werent very thourough with how to get everything set up. Plus the wiring on the camper isnt the best. First the electric jax wouldnt go back up, he had to do it manually. The fridge went out within 8 months and no hot water. Its been a night mare
