Where do I begin, I have been dining at this restaurant for at least 22 years and my first impression was with my wife and that of a medium-high to high end restaurant on the West End of Springfield that had great food, service, a wonderful environment and a very clean establishment. Those days are long gone. I ate with my family there today and was thoroughly disgusted. The filthiness of the tables and floors as we walked into the restaurant was unbelievable. And I mean the whole of the restaurant floors were filthy. I will not go into details, just see the pictures attached. Staff was standing around and not attempting to clean the tables or floors. There was a manager on staff and she stepped over a napkin and did not direct staff to clean up or try to clean it herself. The chicken in my pasta was charred, dry and chewy. The same with my wife's. My daughter's meatballs were very average and weren't seasoned very well. However, the sauce on the meals was good and the pasta was cooked just right. The rest of the meals, other than the Caesar salad, was very underwhelming. I rarely beat up on restaurant staff, because I know they often try very hard, but this is very unacceptable for any restaurant. Especially for one that has been a staple on the West End for many years. My family and I will not be going back!

Appetizer calamari was fairly decent no flavor but sauce spicy, bread & oil good and both entrees (lasagna & ravioli with dried tomatoes & spinach) were delicious & filling. Highly recommended. Need to try out their desserts on next visit.

How in the hell do you run out of your 217 Foodweek special by 530pm on a Wednesday? WOW! Crab stuffed mushrooms? Umm, missed the crab part for sure. We settled on a SUPER pizza which I admit was tasty. The true saving grace was our server Sade'. Super nice. Friendly and just a good person. If we come back, it will for her. Looked at the menu, very pricey.

Hi! We currently have limited capacity seating available with social distancing being observed. We have barriers between booths. Masks are required when entering and exiting the building as well as when guests are not seated at their tables. The completion of a brief survey is also required. Our staff is required to wear masks at all times. Certain items such as salt and pepper shakers have been removed from the table and are available by request. Additional hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout the restaurant. Sanitizing of all tables, chairs, menus, and hard surfaces is regularly done.
