Went there looking at 5th wheels and pontoon boats. The front desk called for a salesman and Otis showed up. After a couple of hours of a guided tour and perusing through inventory, I got some good ideas of what I really liked. Otis was knowledgeable and very kind. Lots of talk and equally lots of laughter. I give Otis and the Boat Dock 5 stars.

Great place to purchase your new boat the Sales people are very friendly, I highly recommend this place to get you in that new boat you desire. Update I finally purchased a new boat from the boat dock and did have a pretty good experience but you night want to ask them if they made sure all equipment works properly before you receive it because my gas gage was broken on delivery so now I have to make a almost 2 hr drive back up there. Would have understanded that if it worked in the first place than had broken. GAS ISNT CHEAP!

Five star service, From the very beginning through the complete ordering process Adam Walters showed professionalism and was very easy to deal with. He stayed in touch with me every two weeks through out the build even if there was no update. He was always there to answer questions. the complete dealership is first class, Sue was excellent during the delivery and paper work portion. The boat dock was great. I had been searching for a tracker V175 combo for a while. They were the only place with one within hundreds of miles. I live about 3 hours from springfield but was able to do everything smoothly by phone until the day of picking up my new boat. It was quick and painless. In and out in about an hour with my new boat headed back home. We are very pleased at how easy the entire experience went.
