HORRIBLE. If I could give negative stars I would. STACY was our sales person and she knows absolutely NOTHING about campers. Luckily my husband and I didn't really need a sales person because we've done a lot of research. Decide on the one we want to buy but the only one on the lot was already purchased. This place tries to have us purchase a different camper from their back lot sight unseen because they don't have any porters that day Um what? Manager GUS brushes us off claiming they're all "exactly the same". Due to supply chain shortages they definitely are not and all have differences. We went home and had to come back later to view a different unit with small kids so not exactly an enjoyable second trip out. We looked at a camper and decide it could work. The following day we decided that it wasn't the right fit due to the fireplace sticking out a few inches and being a danger for our kids. Our main checklist items are now a flush fireplace, window in the door for extra light, and a freezer compartment in the fridge (all things that differ between units due to supply shortages). STACY convinces us to come in another day to look at a perfect unit. Window in the door and flush fireplace. GUS (manager) tells us that they'll switch out the fridge with another unit that has a freezer. Perfect. We discuss price and a day for delivery and we're ready. (Watch out you really have to dig for price information here they try to hide it all and have you sign sign sign blindly). Show up for our delivery appointment all insured with check in hand ready to go and we go to look at the camper AND IT'S AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT CAMPER. Noticed right away with no window in the door. This place literally swapped the camper last minute and was hoping we wouldn't notice and just buy it. What's the point of looking and drawing up paperwork with a VIN#. WHO DOES THAT. SHADY SHADY SHADY place.They just tell you whatever bologna they think you'll eat up to get your money and get you out the door with whatever camper they feel like that day. DO NOT COME HERE.

Went into camping World just to look and see what’s out there, Brandon Peterson was the salesman that I spoke to. Knowing fully I was not ready to purchase a camper yet he still treated me with respect and dove into the huge assortment of campers they had. He helped me decide what size was right for when I am ready to purchase. He even showed me multiple campers on there lot. He took the time of day knowing there would be no sale to take care of a possible customer. Would definitely recommend if you are in the market to check them out!

From start to finish Christina helped us every step of the way through our purchasing process and we left very happy customers. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for an RV of any kind that you reach out to her so you can have the same type of experience we did. She is very easy to reach via phone, text, and email and responds almost immediately. Dave the office manager also prioritizes customer service so should you have any type of questions or concerns, i can assure you he is the man you want to talk to for any peace of mind. When the time came for us to actually pick up our camper, Christina was on vacation but she arranged to have Mike in the office meet with us to sign all the paperwork. Mike was very helpful explaining all the documents that needed to be signed and what warranties we should look into to protect our investment. My husband is very big on warranties and if you don't know, most RVs only come with a one year warranty so we were very grateful for his knowledge. The guys in the back were wonderful; especially Alex. He explained all the bells and whistles that came along with camper including the dos and dont's. His patience is commendable. This is our first camper and as you can imagine, we had a lot of questions! Alex even took the time to give us a cheat sheet of what first time buyers should start out with along with some of his own tips and tricks. Overall, we are beyond satisfied and happy with our purchase and our experience with the folks over at Camping World. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market and we cant wait for all of our future adventures. We will definitely be back and will refer their business!
