Just because you are working "alone" and clearly have had a bad day DOES NOT allow You, Said Employee whom is there to SERVE ME to talk to other humans like trash. You will never get our $ here ever again.

Nice staffs. Hotel is absolutely clean. There are many restaurant within 5min walking distances as well as just 5min driving distance also. Would like to stop by again next time.

Beautiful rooms. Extremely clean. I went to visit my dad while he was up from Tennessee for funeral. If you use pool be careful. My 3 yr old wanted to swim so we used pool. They have 2 grates on bottom of deeper side. I broke my toe walking next to my daughter bc I stepped on it and toe got stuck in an opening

To start when I called to make a reservation I was put on hold, disconnected and when I tried to call back the message told me there was no voicemail box set up. For 136$ we got a room with no hot water, the lights flickered, the outlets weren’t lined up properly so you couldn’t plug things in, and the dead bolt wasn’t lined up so we couldn’t lock the door. Mind you this is a brand new hotel because the building isn’t even on Google maps it’s just an empty field. Holiday Inn, you need to take this up with your construction company. Also, the people around us must have been jumping on the bed all night and slamming their doors. I will say the staff was very friendly and helpful.
