I loved the friendliness of the staff my problem was i asked for layering around my face and it was uneven (not extremely). I did end up getting it recut but i had asked for enough to where it would stick out and look good in a ponytail and basically be long bangs. The cut was uneven in length and the amount of hair cut as well, the right side was thicker than the left. Reasonably priced though.
