As a business owner in the clothing industry myself, do not recommend you take your clothing to Starcrest Cleaners. They destroyed my $450 jacket with a heat sealed sticker that I did not ask to be put on in the first place. Had I known this would have happened, I would not have brought it here. They blamed me for destroying my own jacket by not asking them to remove the sticker. I was not told that there would be a heat sealed sticker and wasn’t given instructions or warning on how to take it off. If this was the case why had they not taken it off before returning my item to me? Why would I bring my item home to have to take it back to get a sticker removed? They refused to take responsibility and was extremely rude and hostile about the situation. They didn’t even give me any room to talk about the situation but rather kept telling me it was my responsibility and I should’ve took it back. I finally received a check for the service after weeks and weeks of requesting it. Funniest part was when they sarcastically asked if i even wanted my $8 back. My favorite up-kept and expensive jacket is now permanently damaged. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews to businesses, but the amount of irresponsibility and rudeness that I’ve experienced within the corporate office of this company is too much not to warn others. I do not suggest you take your business to this company.

Professional dry cleaner offering a customer loyalty/rewards program, friendly customer service, and same day service. A convenient drive-thru is offered with staff often time recognizing who you are by way of license plates camera identification technology used, or just by familiarity. My only criticism is the price — a little on the expensive side, but if I’m going to pay a premium, I’d rather pay a premium to a company that does the things I mentioned above. It would be nice if they offered home pick-up/delivery for no additional fee assuming the customer spends a certain amount (similar to the grocery store model), but other than those minor suggestions, it’s a great company to do business with.

You really cant beat the service and availability of Starcrest. The sunday hours for example are very convenient. They made a small tear on the sleeve of one of my shirts and made it right which I thought was fair. I have had issue of small buttons by the wrist of dress shirts falling off when I get my shirts back. Other than that, quick and convenient service undoubtedly with Starcrest.
