We were very late arriving and there was no problem with checking in the room. The front desk was friendly. Our rooms were a short walk- welcome, after a very long day. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Had a great breakfast in the morning. I don’t like a lot of foods and they had several options for me. Nice to see a hotel breakfast open- may have no reopened from COVID. But this charges our batteries for a long drive home. I’m very thankful they provided a safe, comfortable, clean place for me and my family. Thank you.

Was very disappointed with this hotel. I read the reviews before booking. Thought it was good but no....not for $190. There was hair all over the shower wall and bottom of tub. There was no towels in the bathroom to dry off with....not 1. There was a used wash cloth on the shower curtain. There was a bug on my pillow. Pulled back the blanket and there were like balls of hair on the bed. Worse hotel I ever stayed at

The room is clean, bed is super comfortable, AC didn't have any weird noises and the hot tub was working (super hot). The bed sheets aren't tucked at the foot so I spent time making the bed. The toilet has a dribbling water noise and the bathroom door a super loud squeak.

Woke up to bug crawling across my pillow in the middle of the night. Google photos determined it was a bed bug and when I went to get new rooms, the front desk agreed. Bed bugs. Lots of Google for information and Upon investigation of the beds and night table we found evidence of others both new and old. Not to mention the disgusting conditions under the bed, a woman’s eye lash and garbage to name a few. My little one and I have multiple bites. It’s horrible. Quick Google crash course on bed bugs and Precautions were taken to make sure they didn’t come home with us BUT I’m still high anxiety about it all. Wondering if they are in my home. They switched us rooms in the middle of the night and refunded our stay. This is a complete nightmare.
