Terrible service , they must be short staffed The dog trainers , or whoever handles that dept. doesn’t follow up with you on phone calls in order to get a dog training session in after I’ve paid , I’ve called multiple times . Also asked if they know of any Veteran service dog training organizations around the area or point me in the right direction . They had no clue . The very people that help give you your rights for FREEDOM & you don't have any knowledgeable people in your store or your store in general to pair with a vet organization ? I know you’re in a State Farm bubble and college kids everywhere , but you do know there are TONS of veterans in this area that may need help with their dogs/service dogs . It’s just a tip or process improvement , if your store is even still pro American and not communist . Called and spoke to a girl , she didn’t even apologize up front.

My wife enjoys this store cause they sell saltwater fish, corals and other invertebrates. I enjoy the store. Cause they have a large selection of freshwater fish. The staff is friendly and helpful. The down side is the checkout process. There was 8 people in line and one cashier. If I was a local it wouldn't be a problem. When you have an hour drive home and want to stop at a couple other stores. Time is precious.

Came here after meijer looking for a fish for my sons birthday, I was pleasantly surprised at the options that were available and were as cheap or cheaper. The staff was very helpful and pleasant answering my silly questions. Their fish dept is very well maintained and the salt options are one of the best ones I have seen in a while. The cashier was awesome in helping my compare pricing online to their own store and very patient and friendly. And thinking about it, this store does not have the default pet store smell that one would expect, big bonus. Everyone left extremely happy and my son couldn’t have been happier.
