Food is never fresh and i ordered 2 chicken fries not in a meal and the lady at the window got rude with me for asking for extra buffalo sauce instead of either charging me or just giving them to me i cant remember the first insident but this is the 2nd of 2 times theygot rude for no reason poor customer service

We went through the drive through today. The person taking our order was snarky and rude. We tried to make sure that they understood the order and she got even more snarky and rude. She didn't listen and the order was way wrong. It wasn't a good experience and we will not return. I would not recommend this Burger King to anyone.

French fries were good and hot. ordered a whopper and the tomatoes were green all the way to the outside edge and hard as could be. very disappointing since my wife's were red all the way thru.
