I hate to put someone on blast, but we've had this problem three consecutive times. We ordered a pizza for delivery and had to call twice in the hour after we were supposed to receive it. When it did arrive an hour an a half late, we received someone else's order and the food was lukewarm at best, but honestly cold to the touch. When we called after we got the wrong order to see what happened, the person who answered the phone hung up on us. We had to wait half an hour to even speak to a manager; this ordeal was our entire night. We really gave it every shot, but we can't order from this place anymore. Guys, you used to be the best pizza place in town. What happened?

EDIT: The manager apologized, said he would talk to staff and gave me a free order so I changed the rating. I have hopes that things will get better. I placed an order at 10pm and called the store at 11pm. On the phone they said it had just went out for delivery at the moment and I get a text confirming it’s on the way. 12am hits and I call the store again to make sure everything is okay then they say the order never actually went out and they have to remake it for delivery… I understand this stuff can happen with understaffing but it’s unacceptable so obviously lie to a customer. I would have rather took a refund then to wait another hour and be told I was lied to.

The app is easy to use. The restaurant I order from is always prompt and my food is always hot still and tastes great. The delivery drivers follow my onscreen instructions and do a great job!

The absolute worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Rude, late and never delivered the order. Had to convince the manager that the delivery driver was lying about delivering the pizza just to get a refund. It never arrived. I left detailed instructions. They said “we got several orders”. That’s fine, but what’s not fine is waiting an hour and ten minutes, calling in, and still not getting your pizza. Then having to complain for a refund.

I checked with our local Pizza Huts here in my local area and you can request gluten-free crust. You can order it online that way or over the phone.
You'll have to call the store and ask them about that. Plus check store hours on web site or call them for business hours.

Sounds like theft to me. Tipping is optional. If someone wants to be a cheapskate then that's their right. I always tip the drivers btw. Maybe the odd streamer was gonna tip just not the amount the driver kept.
