Good tasting roast beef, among other warm and tasty sandwiches from a favorite restaurant line. Great tasting shakes and the salted caramel cookies are incredible. Nice staff. Conveniently located just off Market Street and close to the Interstate exits.

I don’t know if they are high or what, but I had to repeat my order 6 times as they laughed and asked what I wanted again and again. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a honey mustard cup, and a cup of cheese for my fries. They put the liquid cheese on my chicken sandwich! They didn’t give me the honey mustard! Fries were burnt to hell. My sister ordered chicken strips, but only got a ranch dipping sauce…no chicken strips though! You’d think repeating an order 6 time would’ve stuck! We were one of two cars in line, the lobby was closed. There’s no excuse for such terrible service. We are not coming back.

Drive through only. Just waited a little bit, less than 5 minutes for our freshly cooked food. We learned recently at another of the BloNO Arby's that the chicken pieces are cooked after you order and it takes 6 minutes. Fresh is good so that wait we had was reasonable. We don't generally use the drive through for reasons such as this. But during these Covid times and going home after grandchild's volleyball games, driving through makes sense - and there have been not lines at this time!

This was a very good experience this trip to this location, the guy who took my payment and gave me my food was great. He was friendly and pleasant to talk with . However my second visit to this location they were not so prepared with the pop machine and had to bring my order out to my vehicle. The girl who brought it all out to me looked annoyed that she had to deliver my food to my car. She wanted to toss my meal through the car window.
