My family has done nothing but good business with Pontiac Exchange since Wes was just selling fishing tackle in the small metal building on Ladd St. They're a grown ups business with a small town family atmosphere, as long as you do good by them, they will do good by you. Wes, and now his son George, have turned a tiny bait & pawn shop, into what a lot of people consider a local institution. I would recommend this shop, and these guys over any other pawn broker, gun broker, or precious metals broker within 200 miles of Pontiac Illinois.

I replied to an item they had posted for sale. Never once did I try to get it for less money. When I asked to come get the item they first said that the gauge did not work. A couple of weeks later they sale that they had to rewire the item. Keep in touch. Long story is after near TWO months of hearing excuses. Still don’t have the item. Would never do business with a place like this!
