Nice playground for the kids and picnic area but geez the washroom was disgusting and I’ve been to some bad ones. No toilet paper in two stalls in the middle of the day and the last one was broken

Clean, good views, near small creek, picnic tables, some shaded, very nice playground.

There were two toilets in the men's restroom, and one of them were broken (see photo with this review). I visited this rest stop on 23-Mar-2022. Overall, the men's rest room looked pretty old. Otherwise, it is a decent small Rest stop with vending machines, outdoor dinning and play area and enough parking spots. I also saw a swing in the play area.

What a lovely rest stop in the middle of nowhere! This is an excellent example of what rest stops in this country should be! Large dog relief and play area away from picnic area! If you listen attentively you’ll hear the slow flowing river just feet away. If you’d like abetter view of the river, head out to the overview deck or venture down the steps to the river side... kids are also entertained in the well kept play area. Parking seems a bit tight, but most guests only spend a few minutes here. Restroom was clean and there are vending machines inside.
