Bathrooms are disgusting! I can't imagine employee's using them then preparing and serving food. The dining area not much better. Two employee's arguing and unfriendly.

Doordash here, just wanted to say the store has a pretty lazy crew I'm used to Bloomington and Peoria Morton Clinton Lincoln and this is by far the worst. I had a customer order lunch 15 minutes early and they couldn't fulfill his order and honor what they accepted he ordered. I get about the time I don't understand how they can sit around and talk about what gender who is and not serve the customers. 15 minutes and loyal customer who's using a Dasher that's paying more per item paying for a service fee and tipping a customer should be VIP should be allowed at least 15 minutes before lunch to get their food or do you not think so. They partnered with doordash they should have to accommodate for the doordashers needs as well or they should get their own delivery crew.

I am literally 17 years old, I work through fast food and I know how it feels To be stressed out by a packed drive though, lobby, etc. but NEVER have I seen me or any of my coworkers act as childish as this, I’m assuming, manager. This is single-handley the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I went through the drive through(which took upwards of 20 minutes) and they made my order wrong then tried to gaslight me into thinking they got it right even though I had the receipt lol) so I went inside, three other people tell me they’ve been waiting for thirty minutes just to pay for their kiosk order. So I order on the kiosk, I wait in line to pay at the desk(10minutes go by) they finally take the order of the person two people in front of me, they only got a cookie. After they take their order with severe attitude they leave. (20 minutes go by) the person finally gets their order. (30 minutes go by) I met a very nice lady, we talked about the weather and prom and illinois things, and after forty minutes I finally got my medium Carmel macchiato. Long story short, the people are rude everyday except for the one with pink glasses
