Waited at drive thru for 20 minutes decided to go in. They locked the doors as I was walking up. It was 9:43pm. Didn't feel welcome so I left. Won't be going back. Nobody has a half hour to wait for.fast food.

The food was fresh. The young man was so respectful he was black with locs and tall. The cook was white and he is tall and awesome. I never leave a comment for fast food but everyone was great that night and it was super packed. Thank u

So seriously disappointed. It took me 23 minutes to get through the drive through. The fries were cold and soggy. The burgers were luke warm at best and equally soggy. I got a Dr. Pepper which tasted like brown carbonated water. I was craving White Castle. This experience completely ruined it.

First time eating at a White Castle that wasn't a box in the freezer isle. It was so delicious it felt like a moment in heaven. Would highly recommend this place for some really good food.

Yes when you order call them a cheesey Castle crave case it is like 19.99 reg Castle are like 21.99 i order on the app i think it saves you a little bit more
