Stopped in at the Bradley Verizon shop. Newly married and deciding whether to stick with Verizon or T-mobile. Verizon currently has better deals/promos than T-Mobile and customer service was FARRRRR better at Verizon! Ask for Leah, she knows her stuff and made the experience painless and answered every question imaginable! Definitely recommend!

Plenty of help in this store. Dude that helped me was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They did not have the style watches I wanted so I will have to buy from Apple. Not a fan of Apple products but for kids and grandma's they are fine. There are two types of people in the world, those that are comfortable with technology, and then those that use Apple products.

Sounds like you are upset. Maybe call corporate office and file a complaint, it may benefit you more than slandering a store.
I'm not a Rep but I would say just go in and show them .
COVID safety practices are well-established from what I noticed at my visit. All team members wear facemasks, and practice distancing. Service tables are spread apart and have plexiglass shields to protect customers and team members alike.

You can buy replacement kit and battery for about $30 on amazon.
