We stopped going to this location last year. This is just one of many problems with food and or staff, and never once have we been offered anything or apologized to so now we could care less what bdubbs has to say. My husbands a vet and we went for his free wings. The place surprisingly wasn’t crowded. An hour in we had to ask for more water, never got our food, and when we explained why we were leaving, when asked, we were only offered to continue to wait for our food! What a joke! We drive to the one in Frankfort because it’s nicer, cleaner, and has zero issue with service.

Service is good Food is good But the managers are deaf. I understand having the volume up for a game. But sometimes they have it way to loud. Just my opinion and the 7 other people seated with me.
