By the restraining order got a lot of help it was a very helpful lawyer there that help me get all the paperwork together as far as the staff are they all had a stick up there but you know not everybody there is a criminal

Broken system that denies decent people their rights. Incompetent, vindictive attorneys who employ wild antics. Perjury, fraud, extreme judicial bias is rampant Lake County courts victimize and extort the poor. Ruining lives of good, honest people and leaving them with no possibility of a fair and reasonable outcome is the status quo.

Your mobile home park is required by law to provide you with a copy of the mobile home park law, upon request. If they file an eviction against you, you can't file a countersuit. You will have to file a separate case to force them to follow the law. The entire mobile home law is on the internet. Google it. Good luck.
