I ordered a four piece chicken with extra lemon pepper. And this what I get.. the little girl who took my order was terrible . Couldn’t been listening. I usually eat from here and the food is great.. BUT NOT NOW

I ordered over the phone. Exceptional customer service. The woman on the phone was able to make my food just in time for me to eat dinner. I was over at my Auntie's house and she asked me to grab the fish and crabfish combo. The freshest, crunchiest, beautiful real fish taste i've ever had in my life. this is not your average out the box fry pan joint. This is real food here. I enjoyed every bite and juice off the bone of it. I will be coming back here. Oh also, the Hot sauce is REAL. love this place.

Ordered 50 wings for my daughter's virtual graduation party, family from out of town wanted Harold's (a no for me) I instead ordered from hooks...the chicken was delicious, very good.
