Had a wonderful experience at this Ross! The cashier (shay) was so helpful and nice and provided great customer service. I will be returning!

I have been to many Ross stores , this one was the worse really, items are all over the place , super unorganized. Home decor items were on the floor ,most of them broken too. Clothing and shoes sections were joke!! The checkout line was 45 minutes long . I am giving 3 star just because of 2 cashiers who was working this afternoon like machines and kept apologizing from customers because of the line , on top they were dealing with bunch of Karens while I was there. If you're short on staff close the damn store!!! I felt horrible for the cashiers and leaving this review so hopefully upper management can see and do something about it.

The clearance section was the most unorganized one that I've seen in any Ross. And the only reason that I'm only giving 4 Stars instead of 5. But I will say that I absolutely had great customer service at checkout! Jamie was a complete and total sweetheart the entire time, very polite and the checkout was quick! She thanked me for just being nice and helping with taking the clothes off the hangers. She really appreciate it because she had some really rude customers earlier. I never would have known since she had a smile, at least from what I could tell with a mask, the entire time. She definitely deserves recognition for that! It's been awhile since I've been to a Ross that actually had items that actually like and that I was looking for in almost every Department.
