The staff at this location is so friendly and truly authentic. They are patient and kind hearted. Special shout out to Ish for making really awesome name tags with 90’s art for all the employees. Please continue to employ staff with amazing work ethic’s like the employees at this location.

Typically I have a great experience but yesterday I ordered through the drive through and they were out of what I Typically order so u settled on a Frappuccino. I was never asked what size (partially my fault but also said I wanted it to be 5 shot of blonde ristretto and oat milk on the Frappuccino (I normally order a venti). I was handed the 2 drinks i oderd both grandes and no straws. Had to pull back around and go in after all of that. Still not even the main issue. It was the demeanor of the person I asked to help me . She seemed bothered and proceeded to tell me it was an additional charge. Clearly I knew that cause had the drink been made correctly it would have clearly.cost more! At this point im running late because I have to wait around to be assisted and as a quick fix add 2 more shots to the top and tgo to the register to be charged the difference.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I can always count on getting my latte exactly how I ordered it! The majority Yto tend to make my order how they want and overlook the details. The employees here have been trained exceptionally well. Consistency is key to any business. . I appreciate the quality, consistency and friendliness at this location!!!
