Be wary of this place. They charge at least a 2 to 4 times markup on their items. They wanted to charge me $83 for a dishwasher part that I bought on Amazon with one day shipping for $26. It was an OEM part as well. They just take advantage of people being under the wire and needing the part right away. Unless it’s life or death wait a day and pay a third of the price. There is making a profit and then highway robbery.

The control panel in my oven stopped working and as a result, the oven wouldn't stay on for long, even after I replaced the igniter. I called a few appliance parts stores and Sunberg was the most affordable; they also had the part in stock. I purchased the oven control panel in November 2021 and am pleased to report that the oven is working just fine. It was also easy to install.

The only thing this place has going for them is that they have parts in stock. I would never return to this location. I walked in and 2 people just stared at me no form of a greeting and the 3rd guy wouldn't be bothered to pick his head up from the computer screen. I asked them for some simple advice and they copped an attitude and did not really say anything helpful. I have gone to an HVAC supply store that sells parts and fully installs and repairs units and that place actually gave me the know-how and didn't even sell me parts because they told me I did not need them and could do it myself. If you are going to sell people parts to fix stuff on their own maybe have some competent people or people who are willing to help the homeowners and maybe get some more business that way. I could have gotten the part for a third of the price on Amazon with no attitude and wasted time. I would personally rather go to a supply house that has helpful people over online shopping, but this time that was not the case.
