Reading all of the reviews, I think it’s fair to say that everyone has had their own personal experience with Hideaway Townhomes. As someone who has worked in property management for a several years and as a resident here since 2020, I KNOW that the onsite office staff and service team work diligently to take care of resident needs in a timely manner. Overall, I think they all do a great job at using the tools that they have to address any issues that arise.

I was helping my friend find affordable places in the area. The leasing staff and property manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Most leasing offices didn’t even give us the time to tour a unit. Very grateful to finally have a place for my friend

I just moved in here and had the same problem Extremely unprofessional and the unit i wanted , with vinyl flooring wasn't available the day I moved in because it had a water leak. But they didn't tell us until the day we moved inn!!! Horrible! Extremely shoddy units. Unfortunately I signed a 1 year lease. If you can avoid it, I would recommend finding something else. BTW maintenance man left because there was way too much work to fix units occupied. At least make sure you see and inspect carefully. Make sure you see the actual unit you will be in. I was given 2 notices to take me to court. One was from a charge of something stupid like changing a filter. We didn't know they charged us until they sent us an EVICTION letter. The other time we were 2 weeks late with rent. I wish I could leave today!!!
