I've seen those chips at the Orland Park Jewel but I never actively searched for them at the Oak Forest location. Although they have a big selection of organic & healthy snacks, it's about half the size of the Orland one. I do not think they carry it at this location.

You can at peak times, such as weekends in general or right after work hours, but the staff attempts to move people along as quickly as possible. They do use a number system and announce them loudly so I suggest you do as I do, grab a number and then go get anything you need from the bakery or refrigerated areas around the deli. It makes a 20 minute wait seem like 5.
