Never acknowledge my insurance on bills, even though I showed them my insurance card each time I visit. Also the bill is filled with arcane abbreviations without explanations. Mailed them about these issues and never got back. Has stopped utilizing their service.

VERY POOR SERVICE! My mom has been experiencing extremely bad headaches and her doctor has been on vacation or sick (her 2 excuses) and now my mom has an appointment until October 10. They told us to go to emergencies in that building is she needed anything. We did, this racist white lady began to yell at us and told us to get an ambulance and go or to get a nurse from upstairs and have my mom checked out. Then said they will tell her the same I told you right now anyway. So then she began giving me directions to a hospital near as if i were stupid. She even spelled out KEDZIE for me as if I were stupid. CHECK YOUR STAFF!

I have been dealing with an issue with my water delivery. My water has smell , like rotten eggs, since moving her April 5, 2021. And it, is a health and personal hygiene issue. Please help!
