We do offer separate rental spaces for RV's in our RV storage lot. They must have current registration, be fully operational and cannot be occupied, only stored.
Yes, there is a space (the land where your mobile home rests) rental fee due on the first of each month.
We are a 55+ community so at least one owner of the mobile home must meet this requirement. In my experience, the park is quite quiet. I do not have first hand knowledge about the general consensus regarding opinions on sexual orientation in the park. I can say we have a VERY diverse population in regards to personality and we don't have much conflict between our current residents. Some have been hear for decades and many are new to the park.

Petaluma Estates does not sell mobile homes. We only have rentable spaces for them.
From my understanding, rentals aren't available in Petaluma Estates.
