Called the store this morning to inquire about renting a wetsuit. The lady said they rent farmers. I said "I'm sorry what is that"? She stated it was a sleeveless wetsuit. I said ok. She asked if it was for surfing. I replied yes. She said try the Bodega Surf shop. Not being from here I repeated Bodega Surf shop? She said yes, thank you, good bye and hung up. So that was blatantly rude! Will call back during the week and ask for a manager to let him know about my experience. That not only as a visitor to the area for 6 months but the amount of people I am in contact with in my line of work I will relay this is not the local store to support. Unprofessional. Unkind and rude

Super friendly great staff. Don’t carry much white water gear but does carry more than other stores in the area. They carry reliable brands that are used amongst the community. I’d recommend coming here first rather than other places with paddle gear such as REI.

Very pleased with my decision to support Clavey for my new Delta 12.10. I was shopping around, made contact, and immediately received ample communication and above-and-beyond assistance. I decided to buy within hours, even though I’d be traveling 3.5 hours for pickup. No regrets! The boat is beautiful and it is rewarding to support a shop like theirs, especially after their closure lately due to shelter-in-place. Thanks Jeff! Give them a call or email if you are considering anything paddlesports in CA!

Hi; 4 hours rental is $55, 24 hour is $75, Weekend is $95. A $10 discount is available for cash payments.
We don't offer that service although there are kits available to do it yourself. It is fairly time consuming process, there's a few instructional videos available on the web so you can see what's involved. Sawyer oars has offered this service in the past; but it was relatively costly as I recall and I'm not entirely sure they will do this on a competitor's oar shafts.
