My nephew & I went to this UPS Store to have life insurance forms notarized & copied. The manager was so helpful & kind. We kept her past closing but she was not at all bothered. This experience was a fantastic customer experience that I will always remember. Thank you for helping us with this emotional task. This UPS Store will always be my go to!!

Worst service experience after shipping packages worth $220 shipping cost. Every package cashier scan gave me look like I made them do extra work. And only thing she had to do is take a measurement and charge me for 6 package going to same place. Can understand it’s Christmas time and it’s busy but can’t be rude to your customer.

Excellent customer service. Female staff member helped me make copies from my flash drive to complete my taxes. I was new to using a flash drive and she guided me to recover tax forms. The 20 minutes she spent with me ended up costing me a couple of dollars. Highly recommend store.
