Apparently under new ownership. Disorganized, rude employees including management and owner. Prices have gone up considerably they were high before. Now ridiculous especially if you have them pack or use their packaging. Would be a plus if they were open on Sunday, but they are are not.W ith work schedules it would be nice

My experience at this UPS was extremely positive. Not only did my prints turn out great, the customer service was excellent. I was there for a long period of time so that I could cut down my prints, and during that time was impressed with the staff's competency, friendliness, and patience with all customers.

I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. I sell online and ship ALOT. I went in tgrre to ship a package and they were EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I went to PARCEL EXPRESS by The Library and was treated with respect. Pacel Express has ALL my business from here out
