This was my first time bringing my pup (a cavalier x poodle mix) to Spot On Spa to see Erica for a full bath and groom. My dog has had a traumatic experience elsewhere and won't let anyone touch his paws for a clipping (to the point where he was prescribed sedatives to do clippings). It got to the point where I wouldn't take him to the groomers for months because of it. I was extremely nervous as well but the entire staff, including Erica, was so calm and attentive to my nerves. My dog was anxious as well and Erica patiently held him as we chatted. It was the best haircut he has ever gotten. I only told Erica to keep the hair at least 3/4 to 1 inch long and she made him look absolutely stunning. His nails were perfectly cut and buffed. And he didn't need to take the medication to do it. I can't tell you how thrilled I was and he's been getting non stop compliments since. The price and wait to get an appointment is absolutely worth it and I would recommend Spot On 100x (I already have!)

Please save your animals life by not coming here. Medications do not have any expiration date. I wish I would have never given them a chance. They DO NOT care about your pet. They only care about taking your money.

Oscar seemed to enjoy himself. The folks at Spot On sent me a report card of how he was adjusting after first day. He was enjoying himself. The also notified me when he had a loose movement and offered to have the vet check him out. This was not necessary because he was fine and came home the next day. I thank the staff for taking such good care of my little guy.
