This store is the best. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. I come in every week for printing and shipping services and they consistently provide amazing service. Jason and team are wonderful and I plan to visit them whenever I have a business need.

First time going here. It will not be my last time. You can make copies and ship the items at the same place. 1 stop shopping. And, I had a chance to see them deal with other customers in a friendly and professional manner.

They were very helpful and even suggested alternatives that may have been better than my original plan. Though I didn't end up doing it, it was helpful to be aware that there were several options and what the implications were.

I read online that FedEx was a dog-friendly store (unless the management chooses otherwise) so I brought my pup into the store to ship a package back to Chewy:). I was met abruptly with a “hello, you can’t have a dog in the store”. It was inappropriately forward, or an un-nuanced way to communicate their rules. I am more than happy to keep the rules at places like this but did not like what I would consider an environment not really concerned with customer service. I’m sure they do a good job getting packages where they need to go (which is primary for FedEx). However, I can think of more than one way to politely yet consistently keep their policies at the Jenkintown location. These things are quite easy to correct and I hope y’all talk about it more.
