We only work with active adults who are looking to buy/sell properties in 55+ Communities in the Greater Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey and Northern Delaware markets. Not sure if you've tried the county government. They should be able to direct you to local Senior Housing options. You can also contact Federation Housing (https://www.federationhousing.org/) and Catholic Housing and Community Services (http://chcsphiladelphia.org/senior-housing/). I hope this helps.
