I brought in a large, framed glass picture that I was worried about safely shipping. Larren went above and beyond for me! I wish I could hire 10 of her for my workplace. I was greeted warmly when I came in (she was with another customer) and I watched her assist and help the person before me with the same enthusiasm she displayed for me. She assured me she would have my picture delivered safely packed! Another elderly woman came in during my encounter and Larren was kind and patient when the lady explained that what she needed printed was in her phone. I so appreciated Larren’s professionalism and ability to make everyone feel important and taken care of!
