The shop is clean and owners are very a com a dating. However I called and ask how much for a pedicure and the price was 27.00, when I arrived I was seated and haned a big menu so the smoothing soft scrub ordinary was 37.00 but I said thats fine because I use to get a pedicure every month however I can nlonger afford that luxury so I went for the 37 well first 37 $ she just about touched my feet like the usual they scrub and they go halfway up your calf and non of that and also no scraping oR shaving the dead skin off I picked a color to match my hands and it was black and I said just put a swirl on wach toe of white to match when I looked down my bug toe was covered with white thin strips up and down a cross and the rest were plain black I told her what are you doing with the rest I only wanted a swirl she was gonna leave it at that I said no that looks not right and just put a small swirl on each the time frame I hot there at 12 I was out the 12:30 , and when I was getting my money out she says that's 47.oo plus I already gave the girl who did the job 8 $. So I won't be going back they up charged me 10 dollars for a swirl of white when I already upgraded My pedi from 27 to 37 that shiykd have been enough plus tip a 30 dollar day for 24 mins comes out to 60 never ever again

I went to TLC in a pinch after reading such nice reviews. Upset is an understatement, the “tech” was using files and tools that had CLEARLY been used on previous customers, the brushes were frayed and kept in unsanitary containers. Needless to say the environment was unsafe but the staff also poorly trained. The man doing my nails wasn’t able to do a French tip “design” and the paint was bumpy and just not well applied. Don’t waste your time or money. shown below - what I asked for and showed him the pink French tip what I left with.
