Best Western Plus Chicagoland - Countryside

The room was fairly large and the bed/bedding was comfortable but the fourniture was dated. Everything from the entrance to the room was clean (surprisingly more and more of a rarity in hotels nowadays). The staff was friendly and they do offer breakfast (didn’t try it). My main concern is regarding the price which I think it’s a bit high for the quality of hotel. I’d give it 3.5 if I could.

Not a bad stay. The room was decent not too much to brag about. We were traveling to Chicago for the taste festival and wanted to save money on parking and room rates. (My cheap friend ideal). The location is great if you have a car to travel downtown it takes about 25 mins. Plenty of nice restaurants around and a Walmart and Target. I enjoyed the breakfast, refrigerator, microwave and nice hot shower. If you love really luxurious room this is not it but is good for a budget. 3.75 is my rating and the staff is friendly.

The location is nice and quiet. The rooms were clean. Checking in and out was easy. My boyfriend and I had a nice stay. We will definitely come back.

This Best Western wasn't up to the standards of most regular Best Western hotels we've stayed at. The coffee maker was broken. There were stains on the box spring part of the bed skirt. And the tub surround had a broken tile. Breakfast wasn't anything special. And the only reason we didn't ask to change rooms was that we barely had time to sleep.
