I can't fairly rate this complex/community since I do not live there, but I can say they lack adequate visitor parking. Especially when "security" (a person in a beat up golf cart,) disrupts a child's party to demand cars parked on the "streets" be moved or they will be towed.

I live here. The facilities are usually clean. If u dont have a community issued ID card u cant do anything here. If u have a pet keep it in doors as there's coyotes inside of the parks wetland. Yes the wetland is the most beautiful park of living here as it allows for more biodiversity than the surrounding area. Would get 5 stars but my neighbor is awful. As they are extremely religious and feel they are superior to me.

Lots of homes for sale there... Prices very depending on size, year of home, and how bad others may want it.....go check it out
You can not rent homes in CHV. You can buy the home but you have to pay a space rental fee each month.

Darrell Folger it's actually every two weeks but you got to get there early are all the landscapers get it filled up with treason shrubs and debris
Yeah i know it sucks but if you dont want to risk a tow go and park in the visitor parking, and when the visitors that come have no place to park, then go and complain to the manager or office and threaten to contact the owner of the park and the city, Any complaints will show that they dont know what they are doing and that they need office personal that does. That place is a joke with a security who goes around checking cars for tow.

At&t but the first houses the entrance dont have that service theres not allot reception (dead zone) so they get internet thats available for that city...
