Called for engine troubles, was told $165 per hour for diagnostics. I called back after going to oreilly auto parts, where they found the diagnostic codes for me and a few problems under the hood. As soon as i said i went to oreilly, charles at midas started talking over me like a little kid "no no no no no no no" because they want their guy to diagnose it with their own scanner. I say calmly okay well what if weve just opened the hood and found a broken radiator. He says "i dont know buddy! I cant fix it over the phone." Id feel disrespected if it wasnt kind of funny how unprofessional he was. Seems like they dont care that i still wanted to pay them for a repair, unless they can squeeze more money and time out of me 🙅 no thanks!

Jason and Dave are the best! Jason helped me with discounting while Dave changed my oil and topped off all other fluids as well as rotated tires when they were just a few minuets from closing. They took care of me for my trip to Florida from here in Carson California and I'm grateful 🙏. Thanks guys

Great care for my vehicle as usual. Also, great customer service. The guys even let me stream the NFL playoff game on the tv in the waiting room while my tires were being serviced.

I took our old car here for oil change and also some problem and they were able to diagnose and fix it. I live in Carson and they also take me back home as courtesy and pick us up to get our car. Very good customer service. Highly recommended. Thanks for fixing our car and for the courtesy.
