I visited Kia of Carson and was satisfied with the service. Hart got me a wonderful deal and walked me through the process. He had a wonderful attitude, was really helpful and energetic, and made the process of purchasing a vehicle as simple as possible. Spending that much money is always nerve-wracking. Before I drove away, he even took a picture of me and the car for me. Thank you, Carson's Hart and Kia.

This is by far the WORST Kia dealership ever. Literally from every step of the way, from purchasing a used car to service, every experience has been a disappointment, it's actually quite incredible. From buying my used car with a broken navigation chip, it took 6 months and literally hours of phone calls to get it. They threw me from employee to employee. Fast forward to today, just an oil change took 2.5 hours. When it was ready for pickup, they kept me waiting in the sun for 25 min while they delivered others people car before me, who got there way after me. Complete disorganization, RUDE customer service. They even took a free oil change away from me because of their system. i'm telling you, the worst! Stay away! It’s not worth it to risk your emotional/mental health dealing with these people!

Their service department took all weekend then till Thursday afternoon to tell us what was wrong with our car and wanted to charge $3500 and said that might not even be the problem! We are going somewhere else after paying $200 and 4 days loss of work for a diagnosis! Don’t come here, go to California Carburator for honest work in a timely manner!!!

Car Pros Kia gave me a good deal on my 2018 soul what it is is that you may have never bought a new car and realize if there are finance charges that come along with that car and with any car that you buy new the moment you drive it off the lot the worth of the car is going to drop also usually you're only paying interest in the first couple of years. And also that price tag comes with taxes license fees in any other warranties that you asked for yes you should read all the fine print and have someone explain everything to you before buying a new car
Yes but please do your homework - consider getting a quote from TrueCar or use Costco car buying service to avoid price negotiation hassle. Also, according to Consumer Reports, if you have ability to get loan pre-approval from a credit union or your bank the dealership will have to compete with them resulting in a better loan rate. I had no appointment 3 cars ahead of me .They told me one hour. They were done in 30 min and washed the car .
they follow all covid procedures: wipe down every 15min, mask or no service is active, 6 feet distance and etc...
Run your ac a little. It should stop after a few days but let the service agent know.
If I were you, I would make a trip up to Kia of Carson to speak with someone face to face.The first thing I would do is stop the payments through my bank and allow the insurance company take the lead.
