Huge eclectic selection of magazines not seen elsewhere for a box store. Large selection of children's books too. Small selection of vinyl records, specialized (directors cut) editions of movie DVD's and music CD's. Good place to browse but not the same (Barnes & Noble) as it's former self.

Just love going to Barnes & Noble for a break away from routine tasks, and delving into a few good books. This store is reliable for great gift ideas, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious Starbuck treats.

Best Barnes and Noble Ever! In the Whole Wide World! I've been coming to this location for a long time! The store employees are wonderful and so are the managers! They have great patience when I come to the store and show great respect for me! I went shopping for myself and bought a Harry Potter Box Set and a couple of books! Store has great things but more books and items would be great if they can have more selections like in the Reference Section and Nature Section as well as Fantasy, etc.

Barnes & Noble is a fantastic store very clean very organized I just wish there were more of them I miss the one that was in Northbrook but Deerfield isn't far so...
No they do not
The company actually started in the year 1873 by Charles Barnes in Wheaton Illinois. In Deerfield may be before 2000
