* * * * Editing my original view on October 3, 2022. * * * * I was Thankfully in my House this morning. Without any notice from anyone at TruGreen, a technician started Aerating my Lawn just before 10:00 am on 10/03/2022. I am Not a TruGreen customer. And thus the Sprinkler Heads were Not marked on my lawn. I notified the TruGreen technician as soon as I could that he was Aerating the Wrong Property. I took 2 photos of the TruGreen truck for identification purposes. I will have to Test my Sprinkler Heads to make sure the TruGreen technician did Not damage any. TruGreen technician should have knocked on my door Before starting to Aerate the Wrong Property. TruGreen should have properly trained this young man. This is the second time in 3 months that a TruGreen technician has screwed up on my property - despite that fact that I am Not a customer. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = I sent the following Text, along with Photos, in an Email to TruGreen in Plano TX on July 19, 2022. No Response received in 3 days. . . . . . Not Shocking at all. Typical Pathetic Customer Service which has Infected America in the last 10+ years. . . . . . TruGreen technician performed fertilizer treatment on my adjacent neighbor’s property this morning. . . . . . I was working in my yard at the time. TruGreen technician saw me when I waved at him. . . . . . TruGreen technician was Careless and Left Fertilizer Granules all over the Customer’s sidewalk and My sidewalk. . . . . . This is extremely Unacceptable Behavior. Lazy technician who does Not care about people's Properties. . . . . . TruGreen technician was in the truck when I took several Photos as Proof of Carelessness. . . . . . TruGreen technician probably saw me take photos, since I literally was standing alongside the TruGreen truck for some photos. . . . . . TruGreen technician did Not offer to Clean Up the Mess. . . . . . TruGreen truck number was 106648. . . . . . TruGreen fertilizer was spread on 4 Sections of my Sidewalk, each 4 foot long. . . . . . Which means the TruGreen fertilizer was also spread approximately 16 feet onto my lawn. . . . . . This is Unacceptable and Proves that TruGreen only cares about Your Money and Not about Your Property or your Neighbors Properties. . . . . .

One of the worst customer service I have received in a long time. When a customer calls to ask for services that are offered, they don’t necessarily have to sign up at the same time. They need to evaluate and see what option works best for them. For some reason, TrueGreen customer representative forced me to sign up for a lawn service when I told him about I need time evaluating my options and further he started arguing that I took his time asking questions. I’m not sure what other customers have experienced, but this to me is a straight NO.
