Worst experience in the drive thru ever! I ordered a chicken sandwich and a 8 piece nugget meal, They took my money and told me "wait for your food.", I'm thinking ??? That's why I came here? 25 MINUTES later, I'm still sitting at the window like... This is why she said that. My husband and I kept trying to get attended, but the workers would just make eye contact with us, then avoid us completely. They had three people standing in one spot not doing anything. I told my husband to pull into a spot so I could go inside and get our money back, and they have a huge line inside with no one taking orders, and every one "working" just twiddling their thumbs. Horrible experience. Couldn't even get an acknowledgement after they took my money.

I been waiting over 40 minutes no one said anything about a wait nasty attitudes Last time I came chicken was old … This Popeyes really lost it. Need new workers. Unbelievable avoid by all means Will be my last time coming here

Worst customer service ever. Rude through every interaction with whom I'm assuming was a manager. When I called to let them know I had a missing item I was hung up on. Save yourself a head ache. I'd give 0 stars but google makes you rate.
