I ordered a two-piece breast they gave me one large one and one small one I didn't even know they had real small breast food was hot service was quick next time for the money and these times I think you should give the money's worth

Horrible customer service. I make my order through the drive-through, I specifically ask for sweet heat sauce to go with my tenders. I get home and there’s no sauce in my bag. I call the store and speak to the manager Percy explain to him the situation and he says I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do. He says I can come all the way back to get my one sauce but that’s it. The inconvenience is atrocious. How do you eat tenders without a sauce. I literally drive out of my way to go to that Popeyes because I’ve had such a great experience and now I have to cross this one off my list #dobetter

O my no!!. I love me some Popeye's. BUT THIS SPECIFIC POPEYES!!. NO. Drive through was closed. Long wait to order. They kept messing up orders so other people had to keep coming back for they to fix it. The chicken tasted like the oil it was cooked in was extremely stale. It was nasty. cookies were hard and they had the nerve to charge $1.67 for 1 because they couldn't find the damn icon on their computer. It keeps getting worst here. I'm never going back to the popeyes on 47th .

When this restaurant first opened, it was great service and a clean environment. I tried to go a week ago, not only did we wait in line for 30 minutes without even ordering, but we saw at least five rats running back and forth from the restaurant to the garbages. A large concern was that the rats were hiding under people's cars front of us, trying to get warm. I can't imagine how many are in the restaurant itself. I plan on calling the health department, the last thing we need is another plague. BE WARNED!
