Eating my meal was worse than having covid. This was a horrible experience and I didn’t get what I ordered and we were told we would get non spicy chicken and we got spicy chicken. We didn’t get everything we asked for and still had to pay full price. We were left feeling miserable from the experience and I would not recommend. Plus they don’t have ketchup or ranch.

Every time I come to this particular Popeyes, they have very slow and bad service. I’ve currently been sitting in the drive thru for 30min, while there has only been 2 cars ahead of me the whole time. The first car says no one has said anything at all, not even hold on for a second. They also never answer the phone. People usually leave and go somewhere else, but today I am exhausted from working 12hours and just want to get my food and go home. Looks like I will have to go across the street to KFC.. I give this restaurant half of a star but that’s not an option on here.. please don’t waste your time going here

First of all I like that my chicken was nice and hot, that seems to be a big problem for most restaurants around this area.You really have to pick the time you come into this Popeyes. I went there at lunchtime, but never again. Severe was slow even when you call an order in you have to stand in line where the oders are taken. They have no line for phone orders. Oh! it's the same where you drive in or take out. On a good , I never had an employee be rude to me at this store.

If I could give them NO stars, I would! We ordered via the app got here and was told to pull around to the front and wait. We have now waited over an hour so far and counting. Went in and was told "waiting for chicken to drop". There were four people that came after us and we watched them walk out with their order. We didn't order anything special, just mild chicken and sides... do NOT EAT HERE. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
