This store use to be good. But now, it's terrible 😔 they never have chicken ready, when they do it's certain pieces.. The order window glass is filthy, inside and out! The baskets to hold the straws a spoons are nasty. The fountain drink machine is filthy. I will never go back here again!!! They are just as bad as 75 Stony island!!! I'm calling corporate!!! There work shirts were dirty, like damn!! No one had in gloves some had on mask and some didn't.. They barely have hot sauce or honey. This store is a whole fool!! 🤬🤬🤬

This place is the worst Popeyes known to mankind. It is like they strive to give you bad food along with bad attitudes. They also never seem to have what you ordered but think it is okay to replace it with something else. One star is generous for this place. I should be able to give it negative stars.

Food is fresh and good but only go here if you have patience because I have never got my order in less than 20 mins..one time it took over an hour. FOOD WAS FRESH THOUGH.

Particular on this day 02/13/2022 on SuperBowl sunday i experienced the worst customer serviced ever. the workers in there act like they didn t even want to work and this is how they served customers with the picture of below. they even drop a chicken sandwhich on the floor and caught an attitude cause the costumer didnt want it. worst service iv seen ever at afternoon shift
